We leave Dublin (or your designated pick up point) and drive to The Rock of Cashel. Perched on an elevated limestone plain, overlooking the golden vale, it is an incredible sight to behold. Most of the buildings date back to the 12th and 15th centuries.
From the Rock Of Cashel we drive to the lovely village of Blarney to visit Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the Blarney Stone – and for seven years you will have the gift of the gab! We will have plenty of time to indulge in the tax free shopping haven of the Blarney Woollen Mills and craft shop.
After Blarney Castle we drive to Kerry for our overnight stay in Killarney, Ireland’s top tourist town! Enjoy your evening in one of the many amazing restaurants, have a taste of the local Guinness and wile away the hours listening to some great traditional Irish music in the local pubs.
Stay over night in killarneyDay 2 The Ring of Kerry
From Killarney we start our 180 kilometer journey around The Ring of Kerry.
We leave killarney and drive to Killorglin. Every year , starting on the 10th of August, Killorglin holds the three day Puck Fair Festival, the oldest traditional fair in Ireland.
As we leave Killorglin we will stop and enjoy the views of the Dingle Peninsula and take a photo or two. We’ll continue our travel through beautiful Irish villages like Waterville, where Charlie Chaplin loved to visit, hence the statue which was unveiled in 1998.
We head of the beaten track and experience some of Ireland’s amazing coastline on the Skellig Ring Drive. Stop into the chocolate factory where the popular Skellig’s chocolate is made, a perfect souvenir. St Finian’s Bay,located along this drive, is an idyllic example of the beautiful beaches Ireland has to offer. Valentia Island is along this route also, where you can see authentic island life and the natural beauty of the coastline. For any Star Wars fans, the island of Skellig Michael, made famous in the last installment, is located nearby.
Once we’ve wound our way along the coastal roads our next stop is the Killarney National Park, home of the beautiful Lakes of Killarney to Moll’s Gap and Ladies View where we might be lucky enough to see leprechauns at the leprechaun crossing!
From Ladies View we make our way to Torc Waterfall, a 18 metre high waterfall.
After a full day of traveling we’ll have another overnight stay in Killarney to enjoy the nightlife.
Stay over night in killarneyDay 3 Cliffs of Moher & Bunratty Castle

After the Cliffs of Moher we’ll make our way to The Burren – a breathtaking natural wonder. From the Burren we drive to Bunratty Castle dating from 1425,the most automatic medieval fortress in Ireland.
