You start with a short journey to see
Burnchurch tower house which was built in the 15th century by the Fitzgerald family.
From Burnchurch we drive to the majestic ruin of Kells Priory located in a small village of Kells.An Augustinian Priory founded in 1193.
Jerpoint Glass is our next stop. For almost 40 years Kathleen and Keith Leadbetter have created a unique collection of Irish handmade glassware from their family run craft studio in Stoneyford.
After Jerpoint Glass we drive to Jerpoint Abbey.An outstanding Cistercian abbey founded in the second half of the 12th century.
We then continue to Graignamanagh to visit Cushendale Woollen Mill. They produce a broad range of home furnishings, fashion accessories, knitting yarns and fabrics.
On our way back to kilkenny City we will stop in Bennettsbridge to visit Mosse Pottery. Since 1976, Nicholas Mosse Pottery has been famous for its brightly designed ceramic gift & tableware.
After a short drive from Bennettsbridge we arrive back in the medieval City of kilkenny.
Starting in Kilkenny City with your local
Driver/Guide, we begin the 8 hour private tour with a drive through the Wicklow gap on our way to Glendalough Monastic Site.
From Glendalough we drive to Powerscourt Estate and Gardens where you can take a leisurely walk through the Japanese and Italian themed gardens.
As we leave Powerscourt we drive through the tiny picturesque village of Enniskillen with its beautiful floral displays and traditional cottages. We make our way back to kilkenny via the Sally gap.

A private day tour to the historic Rock
of Cashel in Co. Tipperary.
You’ll start in Kilkenny City with your local Driver/Guide and drive to the Rock of Cashel for the first stop of the day
From the Rock of Cashel we’ll then make our way to the Swiss Cottage.
Next it’s time for lunch in Cahir town.
.After lunch we will visit Cahir Castle.
You’ll be back on the road for the next stop which is the medieval town of Fethard. Then it’s back to Kilkenny!
