From Burnchurch we drive to the majestic ruin of Kells Priory located in a small village of Kells.An Augustinian Priory founded in 1193.
After Kells we drive to Jerpoint Abbey. An Cistercian abbey founded in the second half of the 12th century.
We then continue to Graignamanagh to visit Cushendale Woollen Mill. They produce a broad range of home furnishings, fashion accessories, knitting yarns and fabrics.
On our way back to kilkenny City we will stop in Bennettsbridge to visit Mosse Pottery. Since 1976, famous for its brightly designed ceramic gift & tableware.
After a short drive from Bennettsbridge we arrive back in the medieval City of kilkenny.
